Refund policy

We stand behind Deckhound with a 30-day fit guarantee. If your Deckhound doesn't fit your back seat, or your dog won't use it, email deckhound.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of it installed, and we will refund you in full. Depending on the case, we will either ask you to keep or donate it, or send you a prepaid return label. Please don't send anything back until we have replied, as returns sent without a label cannot be processed.

For damaged or faulty items, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. No return needed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
