Shipping policy

Orders ship from our US warehouses and most arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $184.99 or more, which includes the Deckhound + Fur Mitt. Smaller orders ship for a flat $14.95. Please use a street address, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us at deckhound.support@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.
